You can farm felcloth and demonic runes from the Jadefires in Felwood or the Legashi in Aszhara. My experience has been that Jadefire wins hands down.. The droprate in Azhara is incomparable to Jadefire.

Felcloth sells for 3-5 gold per piece. Depending on your kill speed, you can get pretty good gold per hour at this spot, anywhere from 50 – 70 gold per hour. If you have Herbalism, you can pick up Gromsblood here, too.

For lvl.60+ toon's I'm using my lvl.77 blood Death Knight to farm for Felcloth and now want to help other to acquire as many Felcloth's they desire. This is mostly for my Tailoring toon to get Felcloth(reagent for 15) for Mooncloth(reagent for 23)
The easiest way to farm Felcloth is to go to the satyr camps in Azshara. Be prepared to come back later because these mobs are heavily camped.

The mobs are plentiful in this area and since they are tied to a quest they will spawn endlessly. So blast away and collect your cloth. You can use the following macro. /cleartarget /target Misty /cast sunfire
