It only appears for paladins/warriors/deathknights (druids don't need to balance dodge/parry/block). Additionally, it gives you an option to simulate buffs such as Kings, Str/Agi, flasks and food in order to correctly reforge to block cap.

Quest Helper + Cartographer Questinfo + Extended Questlog is my setup. I have everything setup so it works much like Questie, which doesn't really work for TBC. I mostly disabled a lot of Quest Helpers UI elements besides minimap icons and the tracker.
