Renewals begin on September 1, 2024, and must be completed by October 31, 2024. If not completed by this date, your RN license will lapse, and you won't be able to practice as a Registered Nurse in WV until you reinstate your license.
21 Φεβ 2022 · In order to renew your Pharmacist Registration, you must meet the following requirements: Per WV Code §30-1-20 Anticipated Retirement Date is required. WV Residents require 30 hours continuing education.
Please use the online applications provided and submit any necessary notice via the WVBOP email address. Beginning May 1, 2020 the WVBOP will no longer be printing/mailing permits. Applicants/Licensees will now receive an emailed link to print their own permits.
Every licensed pharmacist, pharmacy intern or pharmacy technician who desires to renew his or her license or registration shall apply to the state board of pharmacy for renewal of his or her license or registration, and shall transmit with his or her application the fee prescribed.
