Make sure the controller is on before launching the game. Right click the game in Steam Library. Go to Properties. Go to Controller. Change "Use Default Settings" to "Enable Steam Input". Hopefully this is fixed soon since it is very annoying. Please note, I use an Xbox controller though.
As one user commented, the only solution is connecting your controller through a usb cable. It'll 100 percent work. 12 votes, 30 comments. I can navigate through the menu with my controller but as soon as im in the ring, it no longer works.
16 Μαρ 2023 · Anybody know how to get Steam/WWE to show prompts for the PS$ controller layouts? Very frustrating trying to play the game with different button layout. Tried changing it in steam properties but doesnt reflect in game

8 Απρ 2023 · I play most games on Steam with a PS4 controller and haven't had any major problems with it. Biggest complaint is that most games are going to give you Xbox button prompts. #1
