For each icon shown in the upgrade bar, the ship can equip one Upgrade card with the matching icon. Upgrade cards may be used by ships of any faction, as long as the icon appears in the ship's upgrade bar.
Upgrades are cards that can be equipped to ships during squad building. An upgrade can be assigned to a ship that has the available upgrade slot (s) as long as it meets the requirements. When using a Quick Build, upgrade requirements don't matter and you just equip the upgrades listed.

16 Απρ 2013 · Custom tuckboxes are a great-looking (and cheap) way to store and sort your X-wing cards. These use images from the cards themselves, along with the border from the included Quick Start (rights for the images are all rights reserved Fantasy Flight Games and LucasFilm Limited).
Cards are stored in Dragon Shield deck boxes. Pilot cards are in colored deck boxes (one color for each faction), and upgrade cards are in white deck boxes, with contents identified using stickers I had printed. ACRYLIC BASES, CARDBOARD TILES, DIALS - Pictures 3 and 4. One plastic storage box for each of the above.
