Take a look at the Microsoft Security Bulletin Search tool to determine which updates you'll need to download. Here are the settings I recommend to get all of the relevant updates after post-SP3. Then it's just a matter of downloading the relevant install executables for offline use.

7 Μαρ 2011 · The documentation for the Unofficial XP Service Pack 4 claims it also includes important updates not part of WindowsUpdate. So far I haven't seen any Event Viewer errors using this. System Properties reports Service Pack 4. But once you use GH0stPak for the POS2009 updates, it reverts back to "Service Pack 3".
