Xulane ( The Patch) Experiences. Hi, I just started Xulane last week to attempt to help my pcos symptoms not be so bad. I don't typically take hormonal birth control, but non hormonal will not help with pcos. What I have noticed since starting it is mild headaches, pretty much everyday.
Great review! I loved the Xulane patch so much. Unfortunately for me it had the side effect of bonkers moods swings, to the point of seriously interfering with my life. Now I’m back to heavy periods and cramps every month. You win some, you lose some.
I just started Xulane this week. Before this I've been on the pill and IUD. I liked the pill. It cleared up my hormonal acne and made my periods tolerable, but I wasn't the best and taking it 100% regularly and missing would throw my body off. So far, I've had a good experience with the patch. No headaches, mood swings or anything irregular.

10 Απρ 2015 · For Birth Control "I took the Xulane patch because I wanted another option for birth control. This was the worst. I put the patch on on a Sunday and by Sunday night I was having extreme headache and on Monday morning I was violently vomiting uncontrollably.
