29 Ιουν 2020 · If you're reading this and you're unsure, I totally recommend the Xulane patch! I keep mine on my lower abdomen, and I put a clear Nexcare Tegaderm on top of my patch (lasts up to 7 days, no issue) to secure it and give me peace of mind.
This is nice because I have trouble adhering to pills every day, but I just put a reminder on my phone and change my patch every week very easily. The patch can be placed on the upper arm, abdomen, back, or butt for up to one week.
For me, Xulane was the first birth control Id experienced in 2021. I was only on the patch for a month. Everything was alright with your usual nausea and sore breasts side effects, except the Bleeding I did for a whole month. After applying my 4th patch, however, i woke up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat with my heart and head drumming.
I was researching the Xulane patch and was ready to start it today, but when I picked it up and came home, it was Zafemy. Most of the reviews I saw were bad for the Zafemy brand so now I’m scare. I have no choice now, but to try it out.

29 Δεκ 2022 · I have been on Xulane patches for 6 years. I was told by the pharmacist that Zafemy was the same as Xulane, but it is not. The day after putting this patch on, I started bleeding and had period symptoms.
