29 Ιουν 2020 · I got off of it and tried the Xulane patch and fell in love with it. I’ve been on it for half a year and haven’t gained a pound, and my aches in my back and face have totally disappeared. And my periods are regular and light, which is amazing.

“You can use the patch on most areas of your body as long as your skin is clean, dry and not very hairy. You shouldn’t put it on skin that’s sore or irritated or anywhere that can be rubbed by tight clothing.
I had a terrible experience on Xulane. The patch itself was fine for me (in terms of the way I felt on it and ease of use). After being on it for 2 months, one day I started having terrible back and chest pain. It got so bad I had to go to the ER that night. It turned out I had two big blood clots on my lungs from the patch.
I was researching the Xulane patch and was ready to start it today, but when I picked it up and came home, it was Zafemy. Most of the reviews I saw were bad for the Zafemy brand so now I’m scare. I have no choice now, but to try it out.
My honest review of the patch (Xulane & Zafemy) gemma • Sun, Mar 13. I was on the patch for a year. The first 4 months, no side effects. Then they switched me from Xulane to Zafemy. (Zafemy is a whole separate issue and made me very ill. I know they say it’s an equivalent but there’s no way).
