29 Ιουν 2020 · If you're reading this and you're unsure, I totally recommend the Xulane patch! I keep mine on my lower abdomen, and I put a clear Nexcare Tegaderm on top of my patch (lasts up to 7 days, no issue) to secure it and give me peace of mind.

Other people don't like the patch because people will see it or it looks ugly. I put it on my upper butt so nobody except my significant other sees it. It's a very private method depending on where you apply it. People also have issues with the patch falling off.
I was researching the Xulane patch and was ready to start it today, but when I picked it up and came home, it was Zafemy. Most of the reviews I saw were bad for the Zafemy brand so now I’m scare. I have no choice now, but to try it out.
My honest review of the patch (Xulane & Zafemy) ge. gemma • Sun, Mar 13. I was on the patch for a year. The first 4 months, no side effects. Then they switched me from Xulane to Zafemy. (Zafemy is a whole separate issue and made me very ill. I know they say it’s an equivalent but there’s no way).
