9 Νοε 2017 · Firstly, the timezone on Outlook client will use PC's timezone settings. For OWA client , it will use the timezone setting of mailbox (i.e. Get-MailboxRegionalConfiguration). Secondly, the time of shared calendar will display as timezone for current client/ mailbox (i.e. who open this shared calendar).
11 Ιουλ 2023 · Events in my Outlook calendar are scheduled in Eastern Time (GMT-4) but are displaying in Google Calendar as though they were scheduled in GMT. For instance, an event scheduled at 9:00 AM Eastern in Outlook is showing up in Google Calendar at 5:00 AM Eastern (9:00 AM GMT).

Change your time zone in new Outlook. Select Settings , and then select Calendar > View. Under Time zones, select Display my calendar in time zone and select the option you want for your time zone. In the Label field, add a name for your time zone.
