In the newly-opened pane, under "Time zones", there should be a message saying your "meeting time" is set to a different time zone.

24 Ιουν 2020 · Here's the process for updating your teams time and date format. Update language, time, and date format: 1. Click your profile picture at the top of the app, then select Settings > General and go to the Language section. 2. Selecting your preferred language and region also updates your time and date format.
10 Μαΐ 2024 · If Teams is showing the wrong time zone, check the language and time settings in Outlook is set correctly. Also, set the correct time zone on your PC.
However, as to date and time changes, my current test is that, instead of change time zone, if I change just date and time, like from 5:17 to 5:22, when test it in Teams, Teams doesn’t sync the modified time setting.
