Go to Settings > Calendar. Tap Time Zone Override, then tap Time Zone Override to turn it on. Tap Time Zone, search for a location (like Boston, for example), then tap the location. Events created before you turn on Time Zone Override appear in the new time zone, but also show the original time zone used when they were created.
