Had the same problem, went to the menu -> system -> pc settings -> and set windowed mode to full screen. somehow the usual alt-enter shortcut does not (always) work
19 Ιουλ 2013 · I have tried everything and it will not go full screen. Also uses Microsoft LIVE, which is ♥♥♥♥. But, I can't wait to play it looks amazing.

Perhaps completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, otherwise check your DSFix settings, there might be options you haven't explored that you either need to turn on or off for fullscreen to work.
Is there a way to launch the game in full screen on a second monitor? It launches on my main monitor which I do not play games on with no way to drag it to my gaming monitor.
So, I've been playing DarkSouls for awhile now, I've used the DSFix but I've never gotten the borderless fullscreen to work correctly. My render settings are on 1280x1024. Here's my DSFix.ini text. ######################################################################### Graphics Options.
