24 Απρ 2015 · How to use Yahoo! Mail to access your Yahoo! Messenger 11 Conversation History Archives. Sign in to Yahoo! Mail. Go to the "Search Mail" box in the Yahoo! Mail page. Enter the Yahoo! ID, Name, or string of the conversation that you would like to find in the "Search Mail" box and click Go.
Yahoo Messenger! saves your chat history in a log file by default. Although it is encrypted, it can be easily decrypted and display the archive messages. Here is how to directly view the conversation without running the program.
You can view all past interactions and conversations you had with your Messenger friends by opening the **Contacts** menu and selecting **Conversation History** in Yahoo Messenger 11.5 under Windows 7 or 8.1.
The "Message Archive" window can also be opened at any time from the main Yahoo! Messenger window by opening the Contacts menu and clicking Message Archive. You have to enable the chat history in the Connection Preferences. The default status is disabled.
If you still have the hard drive of the computer where you used messenger , you could try using some of the yahoo messenger archive decoder programs out there to view your archived conversations. Note that I haven't tried any of those myself and can't vouch for them.
