Xfinity Email lets you set spam blockers with a Comcast email spam filter. Spam Filtering places emails designated as spam in a separate Spam folder. You can check and see if any legitimate email was marked as spam by accident and use the toolbar to mark it Not Spam.
24 Ιαν 2023 · I recommend you remove the email from your Outlook profile and then add it back on there. Hopefully, this helps refresh and/or update the settings. Please let me know if the issue persist after completing this troubleshooting step.
16 Απρ 2022 · From there, you can go to settings> email settings > Advanced Settings >select Automatically Move Spam & Potentially Harmful Messages to Spam Folder. When you do this, spam will automatically be filtered to the spam filter and delete it after 7-days.

14 Απρ 2020 · My comcast account is the ONLY email account in my Outlook program that isn't filtering Spam ~ I have seven email addresses loaded into my Outlook program to view in one window. Here is my complet list of Blocked Senders (so far); as you can see, I've been doing everything I can to NOT receive Spam in my Inbox:
