All in all, if you're interested in one, I would recommend getting a Bolt, especially going from 600CC to 950CC - I went 425 (old 72 cafe racer), to the Bolt, to the Sportster, so the progression, as in my experience, would be a good time!
Vstar 950 vs bolt 950. I’ve got a 14’ bolt with 35k miles that was laid down by the pervious owner (on the shifter side) and has a shifting issue. I knew it had this issue when I test rode it from the private seller but I got it for VERY cheap so I bought it.
