The Z-19 light attack and reconnaissance helicopter features a conventional, stealthy design integrating a trimmed forward fuselage and a tandem cockpit. It also has a low acoustic signature and can execute operations under difficult weather and environmental conditions.

7 Αυγ 2024 · The WZ-19 features a slim forward fuselage and a tandem cockpit layout similar to those of Z-10, but some information said with reversed seating - the pilot sitting in the front seat and gunner in the back seat.
The Z-19 is an upgraded tandem seat version of the Harbin Z-9W (similar to the development of the Bell AH-1 Cobra from the UH-1), using mechanical components derived from the Eurocopter AS365 Dauphin series, as the Z-9 series are license-built versions of the Dauphin helicopters.
