2 Σεπ 2023 · Yes, a clean install will get rid of bloatware, improving your performance. This is what I did, my laptop works perfectly: 1. Setup Windows 11. 2. Install network driver from USB (or on some laptops Ethernet might work right out of the box, I don't think it did for mine, though). 3. Let Windows Update do all its updates.
2 Μαρ 2024 · Just received my F15-FX507 and immediately wanted to wipe the OS disk and install 11 Pro or Enterprise (I have keys for both). I went to Microsoft and created a new W11 bootable media USB stick. Popped it into the laptop and booted to it.
I have installed windows 11 fresh (with a USB ISO) on my ASUS TUF Gaming laptop and am currently in the Windows installation menus (out of the box experience) however none of my hardware is recognised i.e my trackpad doesn’t work, my keyboard isn’t typing (but all devices work/ are recognised in the BIOS)
