A close R/C buddy of mine is looking to build a couple Ziroli plan kits (probably the Stuka, Skyraider or Hellcat) and wondered what was out there for fiberglass fuses. I know a few glass parts are available including the cowls - and I've seen a glass fuse for the P-40.
I ended up purchasing it from Quality Fiberglass. It's basically the American Eagle Skyraider fuse, but it is a perfect match to the Ziroli wings and tail surfaces. I'm very please with mine.
15 Ιαν 2023 · Ziroli P-40 with fiberglass fuse. Awesome Ziroli P-40 was built by FTE some years back I believe. This plane has great detail with a built-up wing and fiberglass fuselage. One of the best P-40s I have ever seen. It has panel line and rivet detail.

6 Ιουν 2017 · Originally a Chuck Gill and Sons manufactured kit with fiberglass fuselage and built up wings, stab, fin and rudder. 93" wingspan; 72" length. Wing is three piece for easier transport. Comes with Robart 150 Z main rotating retracts and a Hangar 9 60cc size retractable tailwheel.
