24 Νοε 2004 · I chose the P-47 as my subject, simply because I love the jug, and I also hear that they are one of the best flying warbirds out there. Looking at numerous kits out there, I decided on the Ziroli simply because I like the size of it, they offer a fiberglass fuse (which I prefer), and it's a tried and true design.

I bought one of these from Ziroli and thought that I would post a couple pictures of how I went about mounting the engine,etc. I'm not going to do a "blow by blow" build thread as it's been done but the Stuka Fiberglass Fuselage is relatively new and I couldn't find anything on it here on RCU.
15 Ιαν 2023 · Ziroli P-40 with fiberglass fuse. Awesome Ziroli P-40 was built by FTE some years back I believe. This plane has great detail with a built-up wing and fiberglass fuselage. One of the best P-40s I have ever seen. It has panel line and rivet detail.
6 Ιουν 2017 · Originally a Chuck Gill and Sons manufactured kit with fiberglass fuselage and built up wings, stab, fin and rudder. 93" wingspan; 72" length. Wing is three piece for easier transport. Comes with Robart 150 Z main rotating retracts and a Hangar 9 60cc size retractable tailwheel.
