The basic structures use conventional “modeling” tools and materials such as balsa and plywood, and the techniques are straightforward; easily accomplished by anyone with previous model building experience.
24 Δεκ 2012 · The P-51 and hellcat plans included a 4 or 5 page instruction book, just telling the basics. He also included a parts list. He does not go into detail like a Top Flite kit manual would. The At-6 plan had instructions all on the plans, no seperate booklet.
16 Φεβ 2017 · Been looking around for awhile and I have always wanted to build a Ziroli P-51. Well I stumbled upon a post in Craigslist from September 2016 and sent a message, and lo and behold the full wood kit, 2 sets of plans, a cowl and belly scoop were still available.
29 Ιουλ 2015 · Hello everyone, I am building a giant scale P-40 based on a Ziroli plan. I will post pictures for anyone interested in the process. I have modified some parts of the original plans to make it more "scale" accurate.
7 Ιουν 2020 · Nice that the original builder replaced the garbage lite ply with aircraft ply on his build. Ziroli plans and instructions specifically say to use aircraft ply for certain parts. Thought that I'd start with the hard part first: getting the flaps to function smoothly.
