PROVINCE – Salesian Vice-Province of ZMB. The first Salesians arrived in Zambia in 1982. At present, we work in four countries: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Namibia. In 2012 we celebrated the 30th Jubilee of the Salesian presence in ZMB. Please find more information under “Organization” Number of ZMB Confreres.
The ZMB Vice Province comprises 4 countries namely: Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Namibia. These four countries are in the southern part of Africa. The Vice Province is animated by the Provincial Superior with the help of Councilors and organized through Commissions.

Focus 2021. Rundu - ZMB 16-05-2021. Don Bosco is becoming Namibian in Rundu. (Rundu, Namibia) The Namibian week (April 21-April 27) of the Extraordinary Visitation of the ZMB Vice Province (February-May 2021) was a true Salesian spirit celebration.
The region consists of the three Zamboanga provinces and the highly urbanized independent city of Zamboanga, and the boundary between the peninsula and mainland is artificially marked by the border between the provinces of Zamboanga del Sur and Lanao del Norte.
