30 Ιουν 2023 · Continuing Education Information and Applications. According to current NJREC Statutes and Rules, 12 hours of CE coursework must be completed. ETHICS IS an acceptable substitute for CORE and ELECTIVES, but CORE and ELECTIVES IS NOT an acceptable substitute for ETHICS.
Are all real estate licensees required to complete continuing education in order to renew/reactivate their licenses? All salespersons, broker-salespersons and brokers are required to fulfill the required CE requirement in order to renew their license or reinstate an un-renewed license.
The Academy of Continuing Education is a web based real estate continuing education platform open to all licensees in supported states. Online, Self-Paced courses as well as Live, Classroom based classes are offered through participating Local Boards of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS.
