23 Ιουν 2013 · The walkthrough explains when, where, and how you will get both the egg and the treasure back from the Thief (it is very near the end of the game). So if you follow the walkthrough step by step exactly, you will have no trouble getting through that part of the quest.
29 Ιουν 2020 · In the earliest releases of Zork I (and mainframe Zork), turning the bolt instantly fills or drains the reservoir. Later versions added the delayed drain/fill as an alternate solution, as well as several new room descriptions (and a few new ways to drown yourself).
Zork from scratch. I recently reached mastery level of all SCUMM games, no hints or cheats, and looking for a new challenge. Zork has always appealed to me. I’ve started it a few times but got impatient and never made much progress. What’s my best approach to tackle it without using hints? Map is pretty much mandatory right?
