29 Ιουν 2020 · In the earliest releases of Zork I (and mainframe Zork), turning the bolt instantly fills or drains the reservoir. Later versions added the delayed drain/fill as an alternate solution, as well as several new room descriptions (and a few new ways to drown yourself).
Legend. All horizontal passages leave the room in the direction shown. Vertical passages are labelled U for UP and D for DOWN. To avoid unnecessarily giving away problems, this map lists only those objects immedi-. ately visible upon entering a room.
Fence — You are surrounded by an invisible fence of magical force. You cannot leave your current location. Ferment — You are drunk for several turns. When you try to leave your current location, you'll randomly go to an adjacent location, usually not in the direction you intended.
