31 Αυγ 2020 · Damaged Gift Card. Hi, I have a gift card and when I removed the seal over the code, half of the claim code peeled off with the seal. I am wondering if there is a way to redeem using the card number or barcode, thanks. Moderator's Note: Edited title for length.
Your Gift Card was applied to the wrong account. When redeeming a gift card, ensure that you're logged into the correct account. If someone else has access to the claim code on your physical gift card, or the redemption link for an electronic gift card, it may have been redeemed on another account.
14 Νοε 2023 · I have tried the Amazon.com/contact Customer Service route and found the bot responses inadequate to assist in getting the gift card issue resolved circular and not addressing the issue at hand with no further recourse. As an exercise in futility you should try it.
