11 Μαΐ 2023 · In phase 2 of ZUMA-1, a single-arm, multicenter, registrational trial, axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel) autologous anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy demonstrated durable responses at 2 years in patients with refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). Here, we assessed outcomes in ZUMA-1 after 5 years of follow-up.

Abstract. ZUMA-1 (NCT02348216) examined the safety and efficacy of axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel), an autologous CD19-directed chimaeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy, in refractory large B-cell lymphoma.
ZUMA-23 is the first Phase 3, randomized controlled study to evaluate CAR T-cell therapy as a 1L regimen for any cancer and will assess axi-cel versus SOC in pts with high-risk LBCL, defined as IPI 4-5.
26 Μαΐ 2019 · In the 2-y follow-up of ZUMA-1, the objective response rate (ORR) was 83% with a complete response (CR) rate of 58%, and 39% of pts were in ongoing response (Locke et al. Lancet Oncol. 2019). Here we report efficacy and safety outcomes by age.
8 Δεκ 2021 · As of data cutoff (Sept 14, 2020), 148 patients had received an infusion of axicabtagene ciloleucel (124 [84%] who had follicular lymphoma and 24 [16%] who had marginal zone lymphoma). The median follow-up for the primary analysis was 17·5 months (IQR 14·1–22·6).
