We have a lofty, but achievable goal of saving all of Alabama’s homeless animals…by reducing the number of pets killed in shelters and by reducing the number of homeless pets on the streets in Alabama’s communities. All of them deserve our help!

Please note - an approved application does not obligate NLOL or the interested party to pursue and/or complete the adoption process.
A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal ...
7 Ιουλ 2022 · A New Leash on Life exists to reduce the number of homeless animals in the Huntsville area. You can support by volunteering time or money. You can also visit their regular pet adoption events at Petsmart on University and Carl T. Jones, Pet Supplies Plus in Madison and PetSense in Hampton Cove.
