    4 Οκτ 2024 · If you sent the item without a tracking method or buy shipping then it doesn't matter what happens, a customer will win an A-Z no matter what. All a customer has to do to win an A-Z claim is contact you initially to say they have an issue in which Amazon will give you 2-3 days to prove delivery or provide a refund.

    16 Σεπ 2024 · A-Z Claim Customer Orders Again. A customer was just granted an A-Z claim for non-delivery for an item we sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, delivered on time with a photo. They did not reply to our message with photo of delivery to help us investigate. They have just now placed another order with us.

We not sure what we do now . Do we have refund the buyer ( we advised them to close the a to z with no respond ) Please what’s your advice ?
