23 Μαΐ 2024 · Update: Ableton support have posted on X that Live won't be compatible with Windows on ARM PCs, so I've cancelled the order for the Surface Pro 11. Shame. Surface Pro 9, Behringer XAir X18 plus Eurorack.
28 Μαΐ 2007 · To my knowledge, Ableton's MIDI editor does not support setting up "glide"/"portamento". The only software MIDI editor I think of that supports this is the Piano Roll editor in FL Studio. It's much more common to control glide within instruments. Simpler, Operatator, and Sampler devices support this via the "Glide" parameter.

26 Απρ 2020 · I was using Ableton on windows and now switched to Mac. I was able to disable snap to grid while holding alt and left click to select between grids but I am not able to do that on Mac by holding CMD and left-click. It is driving me insane and totally messed up my workflow.

It was all Mono tracks and it stayed that way until I had to bounce them. I guess thats when it turned into dual-mono. On my hardware DAW I have 24 mono tracks on each machine with 16 virtual tracks on each ...
During my live performances I like to have lyrics to new songs on the computer screen along with Ableton Live. I think I need the lyrics to be in the Ableton application because I am also displaying video from Live and if I switch from Live to Textedit then the video stops displaying (I think.. right?).
24 Μαΐ 2017 · Hi, i'm trying to figure out how to make ableton live 10 show minutes+seconds in both arrangement and session view, Could you please help? 1) Live currently shows me only beats in the beat time ruler in arrangement view.
19 Ιαν 2010 · Is there any way to crossfade between clips in arrangement view? When I I am in the "fades" section I do see a crossfade, but I can not figure out how to make it go between two clips within the same track, just inside the one clip.
