Using the latest version of software would be fine if new versions actually improved the software, but too often these days they are a step backwards. The updates to Adobe Reader and to the Lightroom mobile app last year are cases in point.

I cant find older releases anywhere within the Adobe site; Do not send me to this link because it does not work. It has 1 version for Win7 and its the version we are downgrading from. 23 Ιαν 2018 · Yep, it took me 20 minutes to remove the McAfee virus from my machine after Adobe surreptitiously installed it. What a crock. ADOBE installs security holes into a system as a condition of accepting software. And McAfee's VIRUS uninstaller won't completely remove it after you remove the two "documented" products installed.
