Ordered a box set of the TV show The Mentalist from Amazon Australia but sent via the USA. "Delayed at Customs" hopefully it still arrives but Amazon customer service say it can't be delivered. I can't see why that can't be delivered. It's not a prohibited item through customs as in it's not a counterfeit copy of the TV show.

16 Απρ 2016 · I was able to cancel the unwanted subscription from inside my Amazon/Kindle Account and then I called them (Amazon Australia) on this number 1800 064 122 (within Australia) and they are cancelling the most certainly unwanted charge, and it will be refunded to my card in the next 2 or 3 days. No problem at all. They made it very easy.

I contacted amazon australia and they told me its Amazon Usa warehouse selling it and not a dodgy reseller. It clearly says on that page you linked "Ships from Amazon US" and "Sold by Amazon US" – so there was no need to contact Amazon to find that out.
I checked my Amazon account and found nothing so I rang my bank and talk to them about it. They suggested that I cancel my card and they will issue a new one. The noted it as fraudulant but couldn't do anything until it appeared in my account. I then went back to Amazon Australia and contacted their customer support.
