18 Μαρ 2024 · I called the number and kept telling the gate keeper Customer Service, 3 times and boom, I started talking to a very nice lady. I explained my issue and she requested access to my account and I gave it, she asked which order and item, and she fixed the issue then and there.

19 Ιαν 2021 · Oh yes, in case you didn't know. Amazon customer service is a closed circle. You can only find info online that does not answer your question. Once you get frustrated enough you'll find the solution. Shop local and forget this place.
