24 Νοε 2022 · Has anyone found a way to contact Amazon.co.jp customer support? I've checked their website in English and Japanese and cannot for the life of me find out how to get in touch with them. I even called Amazon US and they gave me a defunct phone number and a URL that redirects to the help page.
Amazon's been getting worse about shipping things out right away. They do actively delay shipments until the last possible moment where it will technically arrive in the promised window. 24 Ιαν 2023 · You have to call the Amazon.co.jp number for Japanese accounts, if you can’t speak Japanese you just ask sumimasen, eigo onegaishimasu 2-3 times and they’ll connect you to someone to help unlock it. It’s incredible they can’t just have press 1 for Japanese and 2 for English…
21 Σεπ 2021 · Amazon Japan is really the way to go for Canadians if you're buying something heavy (like the cousin) and more than a few things at once. Sometimes special editions make their way onto Amazon Japan too. I decided to split my order this year and buy from hobonichi for the first time.
16 Ιουλ 2020 · So I go to Amazon Japan and see that large-scale selling accounts cost ¥4,900/month and is intended for people who sell more than 50 items each month. I do plan on selling some items on Amazon Japan in the future, but for the moment do not need this feature or the additional cost burden, especially when I'm looking for this tool to save money!
19 Απρ 2022 · this is my experience with amazon japan (I'm posting this, cause i tried searching 'amazon japan to philippines' most of it are in question form about how amazon handles shipping to PH) I bought books from amazon japan, I didn't use a forwarder 9 books, it totaled ~4500jpy + 2500jpy shipping
20 Νοε 2022 · Yes with Amazon Japan. Depending on the issuer & bank, Amazon debit card refunds can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of months (60 days). Amazon Japan Payment Methods: For orders paid by debit card, the card authorization occurs when the order enters the shipping process, and the order amount is withdrawn from your debit card balance.
