My Amazon account has been deactivated, and my company is now no longer operational. I don’t intend to restore the account for business purposes; I only want to retrieve the remaining balance in the account. Amazon requires proof that the business is active, but since my company has been dissolved, I can’t meet these requirements.
My account is disabled from sunday 17th of november 2024. I have aknowleged the issue and given the invoice as well for proof but it’s not getting approved stating Status: Our evaluation is in progress. The ‘Individual’ is the selling plan you have chosen and nothing to do with being a business or not. As a business you can choose to either have an Individual Selling Plan or a Professional one (which costs £30.00 a month), but whichever, if you are a business you should still be registered with Amazon as a business (and HMRC)

I am looking to close my seller account. I understand that Amazon requires you to wait 90 days from last transaction date to close account. I was 2 months into the process when I realised that a few orders slipped through. I closed all my listings and removed whatever stock was available at the time.
