Andy Warhol's Factory People: With Ultra Violet, Allen Midgette, Mary Woronov, Billy Name. Tells the story of the Silver Factory that Warhol founded in 1964 in an abandoned hat factory on East 47th Street in New York City.
Between 1962 and 1966, Andy Warhol filmed 472 short black and white portraits of artists at the Factory. The 32-hour series, titled Screen Tests, included artists like Lou Reed, Susan Sontag, Nico, Salvador Dali and Marcel Duchamp.
