11 Οκτ 2021 · These maps show annual average temperature and precipitation for the Lower 48 U.S. states based on observations collected at thousands of U.S. weather stations from 1991–2021. (Normals are available for individual weather stations in Alaska and Hawaii.)
State-wide averages of annual temperatures range from a high of 70.7 degrees Fahrenheit (21.5 degrees Celsius) in Florida to a low of 26.6 °F (-3.0 °C) in Alaska. For the entire United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, the year averages 52.7 °F (11.5 °C).
Search for maximum, minimum, and average temperature normals and precipitation total normals for individual station locations from about 15,000 stations across the United States.
