7 Ιαν 2021 · On December 8, 2020, the State Board of Education approved a revised Model Anti-Bullying Policy. This revised policy has been updated to align with Michigan law and a more prominent inclusion of school staff responsibilities.
13 Ιαν 2021 · To protect the rights of all students and staff for a safe and secure school environment, the board of education prohibits acts of bullying, including cyberbullying, harassment, and other forms of aggression and violence.
Sec. 411x. (1) A person shall not cyberbully another person. (2) A person who violates subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
