Method: From May 1992 to Feb 2002, 112 patients with isolated single or multiple aphthous ulcers in terminal ileum were identified during colonoscopy. Of these, 48 patients who underwent follow-up colonoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Mean age was 44.5¡¾11.4 and male to female ratio 22:26 (1:1.2).
