I did eventually find the following address customer.services@asda.co.uk but it was returned with a link to their ASDA Help Centre to provide feedback which is not appropriate for my complaint. Thank you in advance.
23 Οκτ 2022 · ASDA will text you before they cut you off. If not then you can call them. So you have time to go to another supplier or pay the £5 to keep the account active. The ASDA PAYG sim is my second number and I certainly have no desire to pay more than what I need to.

Here's more details of my complaint: 2 weeks ago I bought a microwave oven on Click and Collect and received 2 emails confirming the purchase and collection day and time. I didn't receive any more updates so travelled nearly 10 miles to the store (20 miles return) to pick up the oven.

Specsavers employees tend to be paid minimum wage and rely on bonuses for "converting" sales and selling upgrades. I've been wearing Varifocals for 10 years or more - clear glasses with thin lenses plus sunglasses with thicker lenses.
24 Φεβ 2021 · Thank you jap200, a great suggestion. But yes, I have cleared my cache and I also tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both with cleared cache, and also tried the Asda app on my iPad, but nope, I cannot check out an order, so I cannot make an online purchase.

2 Νοε 2013 · I have a budget DAB/FM clock radio, an ASDA E80010, and alas I've lost the manual - I'm trying to perform a factory reset on it, as it has stored stations from both Manchester and Glasgow and I'm trying to erase the former - neither Quick nor Full Scan does the trick,and I've also tried holding down each button whilst plugging it in, all to no avail.
25 Απρ 2015 · I've always found Tesco better, Asda is terrible for home deliveries in my area. Sainsburys is okay, a bit hit and miss but better than Asda. Waitrose and Ocado are really good-virtually never had missing items or subs from them, but they are a bit more expensive. Fighting the biggest battle of my life.
