16 Φεβ 2012 · In general, I have had pretty good results, with both Nitroplanes and Banana Hobbies. I think Nitroplanes is a little better operation. I think expereinced modelers that do not mind doing a little modification or tweaking can get some real bargains at these places.
Just an overview of what I think of these companies and how their planes/jets work.

25 Αυγ 2009 · Read the vendor forums. There are TONS of negative threads about Banana hobbies... but not so many about Nitroplanes which is owned by the same guy.
2 Μαρ 2011 · Of the two, the Starmax is my personal favorite as it took less work to get airborne, is bigger with much better scale looks (it is the best scale version out there), flies better and easier (some say it's as easy as a trainer), lands better and was less expensive to boot.
