Collier County Parks & Recreation Division announces that Barefoot Beach Preserve is opening on Friday, November 24, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. The preserve is located at 503 Barefoot Beach Boulevard, Bonita Springs, FL. Parking lots 2 and 3 will be available for parking and four portable restrooms and one wash station will be provided for public use.
Parking to beach access is EASY and quick, even with children in tow. Bathrooms are only accessible in Parking area #1, but it's an easy walk down the beach or on the boardwalk from Parking #2. The occasional gopher turtle sighting in the parking lot and on the road is a huge bonus.

Barefoot Beach Preserve Park has a 356 space parking lot, one-mile nature trail, showers, picnic area and a concession are where equipment may be rented and food and drink is available for purchase. The preserve also offers handicapped beach wheelchair access.
