3 Μαρ 2016 · The AVI limbs came out around 2010 ish, the same year as the Predator, so this is nothing brand new. In a nutshell, it's a rubberized type coating on the limbs that serve to protect against scratches and other dings, as well as cut down on noise and vibration. Hope this helps.

There are other reviews from other manufacturers as well. I was most interested by how quiet the AVI system makes the bow: 86.1 to 86.6 dB is actually quite quiet.
