CIPC, since they have been back, take two days. If there is a name reservation involved then that gets approved even before the company is registered. The Bizportal registration still gets done by CIPC but there are some restrictions, however the time frame is the same.
On the BizPortal powered by CIPC, no Download Disclosure Button is available. If I go to CIPC site, button is there but when selected, one is instructed to go to BizPortal. Can anyone shed light on how to obtain a Disclosure Cert through BizPortal? Thank you.
Hi Being a Sparky and a bit slow thinking when it comes to government websites and thinking that it was slow and broken . The bizportal.gov.za does not appear to like google chrome - Been struggling since last night with it. Went on through Microsoft Edge and 5 minutes later I have an essential services certificate downloaded from the site.
Also the application from Bizportal also needs to be paid from 2016. So there is a duplicate that much they could figure out. Now my question is I paid for employee insurance since 2015 of which I have proof as well as a letter stating from my insurer that i had no claims .
