  3. The Florida Board of Psychology plays a leading role in the ever-changing health care environment through dialogue with the public, the legislature, academia, and the community. The Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate.

  4. The Florida Board of Psychology (the Board) establishes standards for licensed psychologists in the state. You will need to demonstrate competence through education, experience, and examinations before becoming eligible to work as a licensed psychologist in the state.
