Boodles Gin is a quintessential classic style gin. Bartenders should feel comfortable making any cocktail with it and getting a predictable outcome. My personal favorites are the clean juniper forward Gin and Tonic .

Botanicals include juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, angelica seed, cassia bark, caraway seed, nutmeg, rosemary, and sage.
7 Ιουν 2018 · Let it be known that Boodles is a superb Martini gin: made the way I like (which is to say, in a 2:1 ratio with a good vermouth like Dolin or Vya with a few generous dashes of Angostura), it is chewy and savory, and produces a drink that eclipses its component parts.

Review and Tasting. Sampled on 31/01/2012. Appearance: Crystal clear. Aroma: Woody, bark aromas suggest lavish use of angelica root with floral lavender, candied ginger and sage. Taste: Slightly sweet, clean and floral. As no citrus botanicals are used, the hint of lemon zest apparent on the palate may come from generous use of coriander seeds.
