Brannan Island has 102 family campsites in two loops; the Cottonwood loop and the Willow loop. Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table and ample room for several tents on the surrounding lawn areas. There are 13 recreational vehicle sites near the boat berthing basin.

Brannan Island Campground is part of Brannan Island State Recreation Area in California (just 22 min north of Oakley, CA ) with an elevation of 32 feet. There are a total of 112 campsites. The campground is open all year. 99 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers up to 36 feet.
