Intra-articular cuneiform fractures may be treated with or without surgery, depending on the amount of displacement at the joint. With significant displacement, greater than 2mm, surgery would be considered to restore the alignment at the joint to help prevent arthritis. If there is minimal displacement, then these fractures would be
