Close Opera GX and open this directory in File Manager (it is a subdirectory of a hidden directory, you'll need to manually enter the AppData part of the name and may be better of just typing the whole thing into the Location bar).

Another way to back up your opened tabs is to right-click on a tab, goto "save" and choose "all tabs as a speed dial folder". Then, if you have to, you can right-click on the speed dial folder and choose "open all in tabs".
